Already on our hill

The Glenview Road pair
Stillwater Behavioral Health, run by a for-profit company (Trinity Health Partners LLC), operates two 6-bed licensed homes on Glenview Road. Its admissions page says it “currently does not accept Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or Medicare insurance policies, however, we do offer cash pay options.” (Stillwater admissions, as of Oct 25, 2026; DHCS data, 9/30/2026.)
The 4.9× bed rate counts every licensed residential bed in Santa Barbara and Montecito. Of 132 beds, 120 are run by nonprofits such as the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission and CADA. We don’t call those programs big business. We ask the City to apply its commercial-use rules to Casa Amara the same way it would to any business on an RS-25 lot.
